Description: A small Apulian black-glazed juglet of superb gloss and excellent condition. The vessel is intact with a flaring rim, circular thick handle and a bulbous body set on a wide foot, with a slightly convex base below.


Provenance: Survanna collection, Sussex, 1975 – 1990.


Period: 4th – 3rd cent. BC


Condition: Excellent, intact with minor crazing to the gloss on the inside and a few specks on the outside surface.
