Description: Formerly an ancient Persian silver brooch, of triangular shape with a knurled body; this piece has been turned into a pendant in antiquity. The pin must have broken off and with an added silver loop for suspension the object was repurposed. A lovely, wearable piece of ancient jewellery.


Period: 8th cent. BC


Condition: Very fine. Pin missing.
