Description: An elegant stemless drinking cup of high black gloss. The wide shallow body sits on a low foot with convex bottom that is left unglazed revealing orange clay. The vessel has thick ribbon-shaped handles that are attached to the body just below the rim. A beautiful intact piece with superb shine.

Period: 4th cent. BC


Condition: Very fine, intact. Minor crazing to the surface the glaze on the bottom of the vessel. Small spot of discoloration on the bottom.
