BRONZE AGE REDWARE JAR
Measurements: 10.5 cm - height
Description: A small globular redware vessel with a discoid base and a slightly flaring neck. The second millennium BC can be conveniently divided into two periods – Middle Bronze Age and Late Bronze Age. During the Middle Bronze Age, Amorite tribes from Syria settle across the region. Many large sites are fortified employing massive cyclopean stone blocks. Akkadian cuneiform inscribed on clay tablets is widely used.

Condition: Very fine. Slight chipping to the rim.
